This entry-level position provides hands-on training and direct mentorship from experienced installers, giving you the foundation needed to build a successful career in the HVAC industry. As an Install Trainee, you will assist with the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems while learning proper techniques, safety standards, and industry best practices.
10 Week Paid Training beginning Friday, March 27. HVAC Install Technicians can earn $40,000 - $60,000 in their first year!

Work Environment:
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
