Responsibilities

• Mix, apply, and spray powder coatings using industry-standard equipment
• Set and monitor ovens, curing temps, and bake times
• Quality control: inspect coated parts for coverage, finish, and defects
• Maintain clean, organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and equipment protocols

• Minimum 5 years of powder coating experience
• Strong knowledge of prep, colors, texture varieties, and specialty finishes
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Familiar with batch ovens, spray guns, and booths
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Welding or fabrication knowledge is a plus

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Pay based on experience $25 - $30 an Hour
• Overtime available
