Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Lamination Operator jobs. This is a temp to hire opportunity in Orange, CA.

This position requires candidates to operate and maintain lamination equipment used in the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs). within a manufacturing environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!

Responsibilities for a Lamination Operator include but are not limited to:

• Operate all lamination department equipment and perform required quality checks.

• Conduct preventative maintenance and minor machinery repairs as needed.

• Enter job information into the manufacturing tracking system with accuracy.

• Read and interpret shop orders to confirm prior operations, verify counts, and ensure product quality.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing or a similar production environment.

• Ability to read blueprints and understand job specifications.

• English reading, writing, and communication skills.

• Basic computer proficiency for data entry tasks.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $26.00 per hour
