Ultimate Staffing is seeking a 1st shift Lab Technician to join a growing medical manufacturing company in Aliso Viejo, Ca.

Pay: $21-$22/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM; hours may vary)

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA

What You'll Do

  • Manufacture Material and assist with in-process materials.
  • Maintain equipment and glassware used in production.
  • Complete production documentation accurately.
  • Meet quality and productivity targets consistently.
  • Follow company policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For

Education & Training:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
  • 2+ years as a Lab Technician or similar role.
  • Cleanroom experience preferred.
Skills:
  • Understand and apply GMP concepts.
  • Work in clean/controlled environments.
  • Learn and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and math skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work safely with chemicals.
  • Follow detailed instructions and contribute to process improvements.
