Duties
- Carry out a wide range of industrial and commercial cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
- Manage waste disposal correctly by emptying trash receptacles.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to a high standard.
- Ensure common areas like hallways, lobbies, and break rooms are kept tidy.
- Perform floor care tasks, such as vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor buffing.
- Assist with other facilities maintenance tasks as required.
- Follow all Sparkle Freshness safety protocols.

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with effective cleaning techniques and equipment.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
- Good physical stamina for repetitive tasks and lifting.
- Excellent time management skills for completing duties efficiently.

Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, safe driving record, and insurance coverage.
- Ability to work with minimal oversight.

Experience
- Minimum of 12 months of cleaning experience required, with recent roles as cleaner, janitorial staff, or custodian preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proven track record in problem-solving and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10-15 per week
