Are you seeking a physically active part-time job that helps you earn extra income? Join our team as a Part-Time Trash Collector (Service Valet) and contribute to keeping our apartment communities clean and inviting.

Your Role Will Include:

• Collecting trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transporting them to the on-site trash compactor. No heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping required.
• Utilizing our company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos.
• Engaging in a hands-on, physically active position that involves walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

What We Offer You:

• Competitive Pay: $19 per hour, with potential for more if you have a truck or trailer.
• Flexible Schedule: Evening shifts, generally Sunday-Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM (SUNDAYS are MANDATORY).
• Part-Time Hours: Approximately 10-15+ hours per week.
• Local Assignments: We strive to assign you to a property close to your residence.

What We Need From You:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire).
• Smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app.
• Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift.
• Comfort working around bagged trash and waste.
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
