Description:

A well-established air gun company with a location in Rancho Santa Margarita is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their team. The company is dedicated to delivering precision-engineered products that exceed expectations. Their team is passionate about what they do, and they're looking for enthusiastic individuals who share their vision to join this growing organization. The hours are 7AM to 3:30PM. This is a temp to hire position with pay ranging from $24 to $26/hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all customer inquiries, complaints and warranty claims.
  • Track recurring product issues and report them to leadership.
  • Utilize the company's CRM system to track inquiries and update data.
  • Sales Order Processing from the company's eCommerce platform.
  • Data Maintenance & Reporting
  • Ensure prompt courteous professional customer engagement.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in consumer products or technical goods is preferred.
  • Clear communicator and Consumer friendly.
  • Understands the importance of repetitive processes and protocols for consistent professional engagement.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
