Description:

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, our Customer Experience Associate plays a vital role in creating a joyful and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome both walk-in and phone guests, identifying their needs and interests while following our Sweet Steps of Service for an exceptional guest experience.
  • Maintain an in-depth product knowledge to inform guests about the unique distinctions, flavors, sizes, and pricing of our cakes, alongside any special promotions or complimentary items.
  • Offer suggestions for additional items such as balloons, candles, and cards to enhance guest celebrations.
  • Efficiently and accurately process guest orders utilizing our point-of-sale system, while inviting guests to join our Email Club for exclusive promotions.
  • Ensure a clean and organized bakery environment by performing routine cleaning duties and maintaining displays.
  • Assist with the preparation of cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed, in collaboration with team members.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies, including personal hygiene and dress code standards.
  • Exhibit consistent attendance and punctuality in your work schedule.

Requirements:
  • Minimum age of 16 years.
  • No specific education or work experience is required, but prior customer service experience in a bakery, restaurant, or retail setting is advantageous.
Availability:

This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
