Requirements:
#Role Summary
*In this role, you will support engineering development and production build activities by fabricating, assembling, modifying, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical components and structural assemblies; performing heavy structure drill-out, bonding, fastener installation, and wire harness installation; executing planned work through work orders, designs, computer models, processes, and procedures; and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and configuration control standards.
#Education & Job Requirements
*High School Diploma or GED.
*Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience in aircraft maintenance, machine trades, or manufacturing technologies.
*Experience with composites, titanium, sheet metal, riveting, fastening, wiring, tubing, and basic machining.
*Familiarity with drawings, blueprints, and technical data.
*Experience using torque wrenches, countersinks, drills, deburring tools, and calibrated equipment.
*Must be a U.S. person for purposes of export compliance.
*Regular and predictable attendance is required.

#Job Duties & Functions
*Fabricate and assemble components using standard hand and power tools and precision instruments.
*Perform mechanical assembly, heavy structure drill-out, bonding, fastener installation, and wire harness installation.
*Build, modify, install, troubleshoot, and repair structural assemblies and components used in production.
*Execute work in accordance with work orders, designs, computer models, processes, and procedures.
*Maintain accurate buy-offs of completed work, inspections, and non-conformances.
*Collaborate with engineering to support development activities and recommend improvements.
*Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and configuration control requirements.
#Physical Requirements & Environment
*Ability to work onsite in a production or manufacturing environment.
*Ability to work first shift hours.
*Possible overtime as required.
