The Trailer Parts Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while identifying, sourcing, and selling parts for a wide range of commercial trailers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or strong product knowledge of Wabash, Utility, Great Dane, Hyundai, Vanguard, and Stoughton trailers. This role supports both counter and phone sales, works closely with service teams, and helps ensure customers receive accurate parts solutions quickly and efficiently. Additionally, you can expect to participate in customer visits alongside sales representatives and management. These ride-alongs provide valuable insight into customer needs, product applications, and our overall service approach.
