Hospital system looking to bring on Regional Director of Ambulatory Surgery Centers! Bonus Incentives and Full Relocation!

Executive/senior director-level position that reports directly to senior leadership. ASC operations leader with oversight of multiple Ambulatory Surgery Centers and strong experience in physician practice operations within a managed care environment.

• Executive ownership of ASC operations across a defined geographic area
• Full accountability for quality, patient experience, financial performance, budgets, and capital expenditures
• Strong collaboration with physicians, service line leaders, and geographic leadership
• 15+ years of relevant healthcare operations experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, masters preferred.
• Experience in a top administrative or management position either in the ASC or hospital surgical space.
• Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
