Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Contract opportunity with a client in Brea, CA). We're looking for a bilingual Customer Support Specialist to manage incoming calls, process orders, create CRM cases, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Terms:

Rate Range: $28/hour to $30/hour; (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

6+ months Contract

Onsite in Brea, CA - 4 days in office, Fri – Remote

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer support experience
• Bilingual: English & French
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP & MS Dynamics
• Strong multitasking & communication skills
• High school diploma: college preferred
• Medical device/dental implant knowledge is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily call volume and order processing
• Create/update cases in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate customer data (error rate <1%)
• Support team KPIs and participate in special projects
