Warehouse Supervisor

National Corporate Housing is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for its Housewares Division. Successful candidates must be safe drivers with proof of a clean driving record. This position requires the management of complete delivery and set-up of client corporate suites and temporary housing units/facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Work Along the Warehouse Manager to come up with Warehouse Streamline Processes.
• Keep Track of Warehouse Inventory and report to warehouse Manager what is needed on a daily basis(Disposable inventory and food as well) Manager will do all warehouse ordering.
• Ensure warehouse and vehicles are clean and organized at all times
• Take full responsibility of Nationals Vehicles Maintenance Logs
• Help Train and On-Board new associates in the field, Showing them the National Standard.
• Ensuring proper organization and process flow is followed/implemented
• Quality control In field and in the Warehouse, Ensuring all apartments meet company standards
• Achieve customer service scored of 95%
• Vendor coordination - When Needed
• Inspections that require a supervisor to complete, NOMAD, VIPS etc. Take full responsibility for VIP Clients. Creating and Implementing VIP SOPS.
• Ensuring we are prepared for what's needed in the field for the following week. Packaging of houseware for delivery or shipment
• Clean, repair, replace broken items and houseware in apartment when needed
• Report maintenance issues or items needed in units
• Complete set-up and layout of houseware/linen products to include housekeeping functions such as making beds, hanging shower curtains, and appropriately placing kitchen items on counters and in cabinets in accordance with client specification. Maintain inventory necessary to perform daily duties including, but not limited to: light bulbs, batteries, cable wires, cleaning supplies, lock boxes, etc.
• Develop and maintain on-site relationships with customers, clients, and vendors
• Daily communication with the staff and flexibility for last-minute changes needed when Warehouse Manager is away.
• Assisting with branching out the Los Angeles Market.
• Take on full responsibility of Realync; Train existing associates, On Board New Associates, Organizing and Tracking where videos are needed.
• Internet Modem Tracking - Ensure no Modems get lost and returned to Proper Area. (Tmobile/ Internet Air/ Returning Equipment to UPS)
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• B.S. or equivalent training in warehouse and supply chain management
• 1-3 years warehouse/supply chain experience
• Have a "whatever it takes" attitude toward customer satisfaction
• Heavy lifting requirement of 50 lbs., with the ability to utilize a hand truck/dolly to load boxes weighing between 125-150 lbs. and transport up or down stairs leading to designated temporary housing units
• Day time travel around the city required
• All employees are expected to have knowledge of National's business units and established procedures and compliance rules pertinent to their positions.

Pay Range: $30.67 - $35.14 per hour
