Job description:

• Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
• Have a working knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Be flexible to work in all kitchen stations including grill, sandwich, and catering.
• Prep consistent products for service.
• Produce quality products in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read, scale, and follow recipes.
• Must be able to clearly communicate with Managers, Customers, and Kitchen Personnel.
• Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• 1 year of previous cooking experience is necessary.
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Valid Food Handlers card.
