Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an outstanding dining experience by greeting guests and serving quality food while managing payments.
• Ensure the cleanliness and appealing appearance of our store.
• Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to provide fresh, high-quality food.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, rotating between various positions such as front counter, drive-through, and kitchen.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals in an upbeat atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Must be friendly and eager to help.
• Previous experience in operations is advantageous.
• Some high school education is preferred.
• A Food Handler certification may be required based on local laws, to be obtained at your own expense.

Working Environment:

This position involves working in a kitchen that can often be hot with steam and food vapors. You will be expected to remain standing for extended periods, preparing both hot and cold foods with various kitchen tools, including a Chinese cook knife, while maintaining precision and speed. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters that are 36 inches high to serve customers. The kitchen environment tends to be fast-paced and loud, with limited storage and high shelving. Effective communication skills and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment are essential.
