Overview

Position: Customer Service Representative

Duration: 6 months contract-to-hire

A leader within the logistics industry is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. This resource will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to external automotive customers and internal business partners to ensure a positive end to end experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide verbal and written communication via phone support and email correspondence.
• Monitor various processes including delivery routes and any related changes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative within a call center environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word
• Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Logistics and/or supply chain industry experience
