*The Role*
Right Click is seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to serve as a higher-level technical resource and escalation point for clients. This role requires strong mid-level technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide Level 2 and 3 support including advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ownership of problem tickets
* Support and administer RMM, PSA, documentation, security, backup, password vault, and endpoint protection tools in a multi-client MSP environment
* Manage identity, endpoint, email, and network security, including phishing response, account compromise investigations, and incident escalation
* Support Microsoft 365 in multi-tenant environments including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, MFA, Conditional Access, and audit logs
* Provide Windows endpoint and server support including Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid identity concepts
* Perform networking support and troubleshooting including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks across Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, and Aruba environments
* Support virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
* Follow formal change management processes including risk assessment, implementation planning, rollback procedures, and documentation
* Provide foundational support for VoIP and unified communications platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and RingCentral
*Experience & Qualifications*
* Minimum 3 years of technical experience
* Minimum 2 years in an MSP environment
* Strong troubleshooting and client service skills
* Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Active Directory, networking, and VoIP
* Microsoft certifications strongly preferred

*Additional Requirements*
* Valid driver's license and good driving record
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Background check and drug screening required
*Compensation & Benefits*
* Annual salary range: $55,000–$65,000, based on experience
