• 1st Shift Monday-Friday: $16.90, Saturday & Sunday: $17.90
• 2nd Shift Mon-Fri: $16.90, Saturday & Sunday: $17.90
• 3rd Shift Mon-Fri: $17.00, Saturday & Sunday: $18.00

Training Requirement:

• **Completion of a 3-day training program is mandatory.

Temp-to-Hire Requirements:

• ** Complete 520 hours working at FN Logistics through Bluecrew.
• ** Consistently meet performance and attendance requirements.

Job Overview for Returns Associate:

The position involves inspecting returned items, assessing compliance standards, and making necessary repairs or adjustments. This is a vital role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are ready for resale or re-shipment.

Working Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.
• Saturday is mandatory, with overtime as needed from 6 AM to 4 PM.

Holiday Pay: Enjoy a pay increase during the holiday season along with an additional $1/hour for weekend shifts.

Pay Schedule:

• Weekly payouts every Friday through direct deposit or Chime Paycard.
• OnDemand Pay options are available.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about product statuses.

• Badges must be worn at all times after assignment begins.
