Join our team as a Returns Warehouse Associate and play a vital role in ensuring our products are ready for resale! We are looking for reliable and dedicated individuals to help inspect and process returned items efficiently.

Pay Rates & Weekend Differentials:

• 1st Shift Monday-Friday: $16.90 (Sat & Sun: $17.90)
• 2nd Shift Mon-Fri: $16.90 (Sat & Sun: $17.90)
• 3rd Shift Mon-Fri: $17.00 (Sat & Sun: $18.00)

Training & Requirements:

• MUST COMPLETE A 3-DAY TRAINING PROGRAM

Job Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.
• Mandatory overtime on Saturdays from 6 AM to 4 PM as needed.

Holiday Pay: Expect a pay increase during the holiday season plus additional $1/hour for weekend shifts.

Payday:

• Weekly every Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect returned items for compliance with company standards.
• Repair or adjust products as needed to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with receiving department for accurate discrepancy documentation.
• Prepare items for re-shipment while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace and adhere to all safety procedures.
• Document repairs and changes made to items efficiently.
• Communicate actively with team members regarding product statuses and quality issues.

• The ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina for standing and handling items of various weights.

Workplace Guidelines:

• No cell phone or electronics on the warehouse floor; use designated areas during breaks.
• No food or drinks at workstations; only water and clear drinks allowed.
• All employees must wear their badge and follow the dress code, including the requirement for close-toed shoes.
• Strict compliance with safety protocols is mandatory.
• Social media posts regarding warehouse activities or proprietary information are strictly prohibited.
• Security cameras are present throughout the facility.
