Your Role:

Are you ready to play a crucial part in our success? As a Stock Team Member, you will be the heartbeat of our store, ensuring inventory flows smoothly and customers leave satisfied. If you love being organized and enjoy teamwork, this opportunity is for you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Receive and process merchandise shipments.
• Restock sales floor and maintain organized stockrooms.
• Handle markdowns, stock transfers, and damaged goods.
• Keep the store and sales floor clean and organized.
• Assist with omni-channel requests to enhance the customer experience.
• Exemplify Under Armour's service culture and meet customer expectations.
• Support visual merchandising standards to maximize product presentation.
• Promote and uphold safety standards both on the sales floor and in stockrooms.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and report any unusual activity.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve collective goals.
• Take ownership of personal development and seek growth opportunities.
• Complete other tasks as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old (or 16 years old in EMEA Region).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Fluency in local language; basic English is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Willingness to learn and use technology, including computers and mobile devices.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.15 USD
