Description:

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently hiring Call Center Representatives with healthcare services experience to support operations in Orange County, California. This is a fully onsite, 6-month contract opportunity. Schedule Details: Paid Training: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (first 4 weeks) Standard Business Hours: 8:00 AM 5:30 PM Post-Training Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Compensation: $24$30 per hour, depending on experience Preferred Qualifications At least 6 months of experience supporting Medi-Cal, Medicaid, or healthcare services Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, plus 6 months of call center experience Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered Typing proficiency of 35 WPM required Key Responsibilities Meet established productivity, accuracy, and quality standards Resolve member and provider inquiries during the initial interaction whenever possible Collaborate with team members to support departmental objectives and service goals Respond to member and provider questions related to eligibility, enrollment, claims, authorizations, benefits interpretation, and referrals, both in person and by phone Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in internal systems Exercise professional judgment while adhering to departmental policies and procedures Identify potential issues and escalate concerns as appropriate Complete additional duties and special projects as assignedbfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
