Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cash Vault Associate to provide essential production support within our Commercial Cash Vault operations. This position involves a variety of routine tasks across multiple operational systems and collaboration with various internal teams. Responsibilities include managing payment transactions, processing claims, data entry, archiving, troubleshooting, and vendor/client interactions. You may directly engage with third-party vendors and external customers, research any discrepancies, and escalate issues as necessary. You'll also have the opportunity to suggest enhancements for our processing workflow.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift trays, push carts, and maintain focus while standing or sitting for extended periods, as well as performing repetitive tasks.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in operations services or related work

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with products, services, terminology, procedures, and regulations relevant to our operations
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
• Excellent time management skills to enhance production in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of internal policies and procedures related to Operations Services
• Physical capabilities to handle trays, carts, and repetitive movements
• Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving exceptions through data interpretation
• Proficient in using PC and related software
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 10:30 PM

The listed salary range reflects figures based on the primary location; however, actual compensation may vary by location. Along with a competitive salary, U.S. Bank provides a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive programs and retirement contributions (subject to eligibility). Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.77
