Job Details

You Will:

* Oversee the daily operations of the cashier line and customer service counter to ensure smooth and efficient service.

* Deliver excellent customer service by being polite, attentive, and approachable; handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.

* Supervise and support staff performance through coaching, on-the-job training, and mentoring; promote teamwork and a positive, inclusive work environment.

* Manage cash handling, staff uniforms, and consumable inventory to maintain operational readiness.

* Coordinate and support in-store promotional activities, including task assignment and workflow organization.

* Lead by example by actively performing hands-on tasks within the Cashier Department.

* Ensure accurate, efficient, and courteous checkout service at all times.

* Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the department.

You Should Have/Be:

* Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset.

* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role preferred, demonstrating strong leadership and training abilities

* Knowledge of marketing, event coordination, and the ability to analyze data and market trends.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

* Well-versed in workplace health and safety practices.

* Physically able to stand for extended periods; familiar with tools and equipment relevant to the role.

* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills

* Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
