Onsite - Irvine, CA – Hybrid schedule. Required to be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Monday and Friday typically remote unless team needs them to be onsite.
PAY: $25/hr
REQUIRED:
HS Diploma
Must have: strong calendar management (what can you move in the event something needs to be moved) – scheduling in outlook - travel set up - expense reporting – ordering office suppliers
Must have: Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint (not creating but some light formatting / small design), experience from a large environment
Prefer: Concur, SharePoint, SAP, director level support

This group is clinical sciences of a team of 40 people. They currently do not have an admin and that is why this position is being created.
This person will be assisting 4 sr leaders (directors – ‘some' executive no VP level) - level people, will order office suppliers perform standard office duties, and will eventually learn to use shared services
