Description
Position Summary:
The HR Generalist oversees and executes the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This position provides operational oversight of HR functions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. this hands-on role requires broad HR expertise across recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.
Pay Range: $27.00 - $35.10 per hour.
