Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM, Mon - Fri

Who We're Looking For

• A high school graduate or GED holder
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional office setting
• Someone with solid typing speed and accuracy
• Tech-savvy and adaptable with new systems
• Computer experience in data entry and report generation
• Working knowledge of Windows software, including Word and Excel
• A problem-solver who thrives on helping others
• Cool under pressure, even on busy days
• Able to juggle calls, chats, and emails effectively
• Positive and energetic in every customer interaction
• Skilled at documentation and detail-tracking
• Motivated to meet goals and deliver results

• Maintains customer records by recording account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contact customers to schedule service technician appointments.
• Monitor builders' schedules and maintain service technician schedules.
• Orders all parts turned in by Service Technicians
• Contributes to the effort of the team by accomplishing related results as needed.
