Restaurant Manager Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager oversees various departments ensuring successful daily functions within the restaurant and their teams have what is needed to provide guests with excellent service and positive dining experiences. Guest focused, positive leadership and ability to motivate through coaching create success in this position.

Pay Details:

• Pay Range, Depending on Experience & Education: $25.18 - $29.26 per hour / $64,158.64 - $74,554.48 per year
• Pay Range includes $1.53 per hour housing stipend
• Restaurant Managers receive a 2% raise upon successful completion of training

• Ensure success of Guest Service and Guest Experience
• Cost Control, Food, Bar, Labor, ordering and Inventory
• Oversee staff before, during and after service
• Provide training and coaching of standards
• Shift Planning, and scheduling of staff for anticipated business flow
• Ensure Labor law compliance
• Perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
• Coach and motivate team, to support and align with company culture and business needs
• Implementing specials and marketing initiatives, scheduling and inventory
• Assist in Interviewing and orientation of new team members

• You have a positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor and passion for delivering excellent service.
• You work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with team and guests.
• Able to work 45-50hrs a week.
• You have a strong work ethic and are driven to succeed and grow your future
• You model enthusiasm and motivate others to follow your lead.
• Have 2 years as a server or bartender, preferably with training experience and leadership responsibilities
