Overview:
We are currently seeking a Level 2 Server Administrator to support infrastructure operations in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in server management across both Windows and Linux platforms, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and have experience with Microsoft Teams Calling. This is an exciting opportunity to work on critical IT infrastructure systems and contribute to enterprise-grade operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure server hardware, operating systems, and software.
• Administer and maintain both Windows and Linux servers.
• Monitor system performance, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues reported by users or monitoring systems.
• Conduct routine backups and develop disaster recovery plans.
• Enforce system security measures such as access controls, firewalls, and encryption.
• Perform system upgrades and roll out new hardware or OS versions.
• Document internal processes, technical guides, and system configurations.
• Train staff on server-related tools and technologies as needed.
