Your Impact

As a Stock Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing merchandise shipments efficiently
• Restocking shelves and maintaining product flow
• Managing markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers, and handling damaged goods
• Keeping the store, sales floor, and stockrooms clean and organized
• Delivering omni-channel requests according to UA processes and policies
• Exemplifying the Under Armour service culture
• Adhering to visual merchandising standards to optimize product presentation
• Maintaining a safe environment on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Following Loss Prevention policies and reporting concerns
• Collaborating with teammates to meet store goals
• Pursuing self-development and seizing opportunities to improve performance
• Performing other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old, or 16 years old in the EMEA Region
• Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Fluency in the local language; basic English is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Able to perform essential functions of the role
• Capability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and handle cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kgs
• Willingness to learn and use technology such as computers and mobile devices
