About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Director of Philanthropy to lead our charitable initiatives and elevate our impact. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of strategic planning, execution, and management of our philanthropic endeavors, focusing on annual giving, major campaigns, and the cultivation of meaningful relationships with donors. Your leadership will foster a culture of philanthropy that aligns seamlessly with our values and mission.

The ideal candidate will be an active, practicing Catholic with a Bachelor's degree, preferably complemented by a Master's degree or fundraising certificate. With at least 10 years of professional fundraising experience, including a minimum of 5 years in management, you will bring a donor-centric vision and proven leadership capabilities to our organization. Your strategic development approach, along with experience in soliciting and closing gifts of appreciated assets, will be essential in engaging high-net-worth individuals.

We value strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with a dedicated team. Proficiency in CRM systems, especially Raiser's Edge, is a plus.
