Job Description:
Newport Beach Automotive Group has a busy Service & Parts Department. We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced individual to aid in the administrative aspect of the business.
Responsibilities:
Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports for Dealership and Manufacturers
Manage Training Schedules, Monitor Calendars, Prepare Meeting Agenda's and schedule Meetings
Audit Repair Orders & Process Service Records Requests
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role is required
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel, and Dealership management software (Reynolds and Reynolds)
Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds Administrator experience a plus
Be willing to support initiatives that may fall outside of the day-to day activities listed above
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
