Bonterra provides affordable family housing in a garden-style community located in Brea, CA. Every fourth Wednesday of the month, Second Harvest brings their Park-It-Market vehicle to the property so families can pick out food for the month. Jamboree is looking for enthusiastic and caring volunteers to support our Resident Services Coordinator with our upcoming Food Distribution Event! ๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿงก

Volunteer Responsibilities

๐Ÿšช Deliver food to residents' front doors

๐Ÿฑ Assist with food distribution

๐Ÿ‘€ Help monitor the flow of the event

๐Ÿงน Set up & clean up โ€” prepare before and tidy up after the event

Volunteer Shift Available

๐Ÿ“… Every 4th Wednesday of the month

๐Ÿ•“ Volunteer Time: 09:50 AM to 1:15 PM

๐ŸŽ‰ Event Start Time: 10:00AM to 1:00PM

Volunteer Requirements

โœ”๏ธ Must be 16 years of age or older

COVID-19 Guidelines

Jamboree's top priority is keeping residents, volunteers, employees, and their families safe and healthy. Please follow the guidelines below:

๐Ÿ˜ท Bring and wear a face mask during your entire shift (supplies are limited)

๐ŸŒก๏ธ Take your temperature before arriving โ€” a fever is 100.4ยฐF / 38ยฐC or higher

๐Ÿ  Stay home if you have a fever, feel sick, or show any signs of COVID-19

โš ๏ธ Volunteers who are well but have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19 or is awaiting diagnosis may not volunteer

๐Ÿ˜ท Masks must be worn throughout the entire shift
