Overview
A transportation company in Cerritos is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Claims Specialist to support claims documentation and administrative reporting. This role is data-heavy and requires accuracy, organization, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is required due to daily interaction with drivers, internal teams, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
* Accurately enter and update claims information related to transportation incidents, damages, shortages, or delivery issues
* Review and organize supporting documentation including photos, reports, invoices, and delivery paperwork
* Communicate with drivers, dispatch, warehouse, and internal teams to collect and verify claim details
* Track claim status and follow up to ensure timely completion
* Maintain organized digital and physical claim files
* Assist with reporting, audits, and general administrative support
* Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish

Qualifications
* Bilingual English/Spanish required
* Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
* Comfortable using Excel and internal systems
* Ability to manage repetitive administrative work accurately

Compensation Structure
* $23/hour for candidates with:
- Claims experience within transportation, logistics, trucking, or supply chain
- OR data entry experience combined with transportation or logistics industry background

* $21-$22/hour for candidates with:
- Bilingual Spanish and solid data entry or administrative experience, without direct transportation or claims exposure

* Claims processing, compliance documentation, or incident reporting
