We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to organize and run the day-to-day operations of the office. This includes but is not limited to reviewing window treatment orders, booking in-home and virtual consultations, calling vendors and tracking shipments, scheduling install appointments, entering invoices, data entry, answering phones, warehouse inventory (checking in product, etc.), and overall sales staff support. You should be highly organized, have exceptional communication skills, have a strong attention to detail as well as be able to work independently and prioritize tasks and projects. A high level of computer skills experience, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and file management, is required.
