The Senior Cost Manager II demonstrates expertise by preparing deliverables such as estimates for assigned projects of all sizes and complexity during the various stages of design, from conceptual through to construction documents, procurement advice, controls, or construction administration advice during construction, either directly or through management of team members. In this role, the Senior Cost Manager II develops the skills necessary to assist the Associate Director in the daily supervision of the Cost & Commercial Management team, as well as builds critical business development skills. The Senior Cost Manager II will be able to lead client relationships with minimal supervision and understand and deliver client proposals to meet company profitability targets. This role should have deep knowledge of continuous cost management and the ability to provide advanced cost & commercial management services throughout the project lifecycle.
Education: BS in Construction, Cost Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Experience: 5 to 8 years in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying with professional accreditation
Preferred Certification: Professional accreditation MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent

The salary range for this full-time role is $120,200.00-$160,266.69 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidates experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
