POSITION SUMMARY
As a Guest Service Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responding to their requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning. Your goal will be to ensure maximum satisfaction by addressing guest inquiries, providing information about our property and local attractions, and following up on special requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety is a priority at our resort; you will report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to your manager. You'll adhere to all company policies and ensure that your appearance remains clean and professional while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
