Human Resources Manager

Safeguards organization by ensuring legal and policy adherence, managing employee relations, administering compensation & benefits, and producing HR reporting. Anchors risk mitigation and fair practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• HR compliance & policies
• Employee relations & investigations
• Compensation, benefits & HR operations
• HR reporting & analytics
• HRIS usage: Utilize HRIS for recruiting workflows, onboarding, performance cycles, and analytics dashboards; collaborate with Compliance HR Manager for data integrity and process improvements.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor's in HR or related field; Master's or JD a plus
• 710+ years HR experience with ER investigations and compliance
• Deep knowledge of California labor & employment law
• HR certifications preferred

• Compliance audit pass rate
• Investigation cycle time
• Payroll accuracy
• Policy update cadence
