EEO/ppKier Wright is looking for an outgoing, highly organized Office Lead + Project Coordinator to join our growing team and support civil design projects managed by our engineering department for commercial land development in our Sacramento Office./ppThe ideal candidate will provide minimal administrative support to the office while focusing on the coordination needs of the Senior Project/Team Leader in a manner comfortable diving into unknown situations, assertive in getting their feet wet, is extremely organized and flexible enough to adjust to fluid deadlines and ready to be the glue of the project team./ppAdministrative Responsibilities-Primary/pulliGreet and assist clients and guests/liliAnswer, direct, and transfer calls within a multi-line phone system/liliCoordinate meetings and/or conference rooms/liliOrganize, distribute and prepare incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries/liliAssist office staff with miscellaneous tasks/li/ulpProject Coordination Responsibilities-Secondary/pulliTrack key deadlines and provide support for multiple projects concurrently and identify and communicate critical path items, maintain project tracking tools/liliCoordinate all aspects of submittals for project packages to city and county agencies, including collection of fees, printing plans and delivery/liliCoordinate communication between departments and team members to facilitate efficiency/liliPrepare essential project correspondence such as letter proposals, change orders, city/county response letters and applications, meeting agendas, minutes, and other project-related documents./liliPrepare mark-ups of exhibits or documents on PDF or Bluebeam as needed/liliResearch for project location, zoning, jurisdictions and fees, project reports and submittal package requirements./liliReview project budgets and costs to date/liliPlan and manage, project schedules and resources and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track/li/ulpQualifications/pulliBachelors degree in Business or related field, or a minimum of 2-5 years of equivalent experience./liliPrior experience with civil engineering, real estate development or construction services firms is preferred./liliStrong knowledge of computers, Microsoft office suite, etc./liliAbility to multitask, prioritize work, and focus in a fast-paced environment./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills./liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities out of box thinking./liliExperience with Smartsheets, Bluebeam or Adobe, a plus./li/ulpWhy Kier + Wright?/pulliGreat culture Team Collaboration, Innovative problem solving, Responsive to clients, Passionate about work/liliCompetitive Pay ($25.00/hr - $35.00/hr DOE, location, + work model i.e., remote, hybrid or in-office)/liliMedical, Dental and Vision 100% paid for by Kier Wright for you + family/lili401(k) and Profit Sharing/liliPaid Holidays/liliGenerous PTO/liliFree office snacks/liliMuch more!/li/ul/div
