Position: Part-Time Call Center Agent
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 28 hours per week

We are currently seeking Part-Time Call Center Agents to join our team. This role is ideal for students or individuals looking for consistent evening and weekend work.

Schedule Requirements:

• Monday-Friday: 1pm-9;30pm
• One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday): 6:00pm-10:00pm
• Total of 28 hours per week across six days

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Provide excellent customer service
• Accurately document call outcomes and follow established procedures

• Strong attendance and reliability
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to consistently work evenings and one weekend day
