Warehouse Associate

Join a fast-growing, industry-leading organization committed to excellence in safety, service, and supply chain efficiency. Columbia Safety & Supply is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to play a key role in supporting our global distribution network.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team that values initiative, continuous improvement, and operational precision.
What You'll Do
- Manage the accurate picking, assembling, labeling, and shipping of outgoing orders to meet client deadlines
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments with efficiency and care
- Support warehouse organization to maximize productivity and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Proactively assist with team operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Perform other tasks as needed to ensure smooth and successful daily operations
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership over your work
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods (bending, twisting, walking, etc.)
- A team-first mindset with excellent communication skillsEagerness to learn, grow, and advance within a scaling company
