Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact, welcoming and greeting customers as they arrive.
Establish a friendly and positive atmosphere for all visitors.
Manage check-ins for VIP appointments and guide customers to appropriate team members.
Oversee front desk operations, including answering and directing incoming calls efficiently.
Utilize our CRM system to track incoming sales calls for effective follow-up.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving success on a daily basis.
Assist customers with queries directed to the reception desk and provide informative answers.
Be adaptable as other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as needed.
What You Need to Succeed:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in a customer service role is preferred, especially in high-standard environments.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive approach with strong leadership potential for taking charge of situations.
A strong sense of responsibility and reliability, with a collaborative team spirit.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Comfortable utilizing computer programs, specifically MS Office.
Capability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs using assistive devices.
Compensation Overview:
The salary range for this position considers various factors, including experience, skill sets, and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is uncommon for individuals to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range. Compensation is subject to the aforementioned considerations.
Expected Pay Range:
$14.00-$19.14 Hourly
