Goodall Brazier have recently partnered with a tenant improvement general contractor to assist their search for a Superintendent to join their already well established TI division. This contractor is a California based construction firm focusing in tenant improvement across the commercial and healthcare market sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field personnel
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Conduct daily site walks and quality control inspections
• Coordinate inspections with city officials and building management
• Communicate progress, issues, and solutions with Project Managers
• Track materials, deliveries, and site logistics
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong experience with tenant improvement / interior build-out projects
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety regulations
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and basic construction software
• OSHA certification preferred
