Thales is looking for a Content Administrative Assistant to assist with the planning and implementation of projects that support the Content Operations Department. The primary role is to support, assist and communicate to all involved parties the status of incoming and outgoing media files, metadata, and related deliverables that are sent to the Media Department for the purpose of integration and packaging content for distribution to airline customers, at the direction of the Lead.
In this role, you will also directly support of the Content Operations team and its goals for on-time delivery and quality of content produced, which will involve assisting in coordination between the Content Service Providers (CSP's), Media Managers, the post-production facilities/labs, and airlines. The Assistant must also master input of data into spreadsheets and other company documents in order to communicate KPIs to department executives.

The reference total target compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between $44,867.55 - $74,779.25 USD Annual. This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including but not limited to the employee's career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company's annual salary budget, the customer's program requirements, and the company's internal equity.
