Job Summary

The Overnight Member Services Representative greets members, provides exceptional customer service, manages front?desk activities, and maintains the cleanliness and safety of the club during overnight hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate issues to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Handle all front?desk related activities, including:


• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check members into the system.
• Process new member sign?ups.
• Conduct prospective member tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Close the shift for the business day.
• Create a bank deposit for the next day.


• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including:
• Cleaning and sanitizing all exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities.
• Ensuring restrooms are clean, sanitized, stocked, and clutter?free following the cleaning schedule.
• Performing a comprehensive walk?through of all club areas to quickly fix safety/policy issues and address cleanliness concerns.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work overnights (3rd shift).
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co?workers, exceeding member expectations.
• Strong listening skills and empathy with the ability to problem?solve.
• Demonstrates diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Will encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
• Moving oneself in different positions, including bending, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and twisting, to accomplish tasks.
