In this TEMP-TO-HIRE role, the Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
• None.
Key Responsibilities• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)
• Label, scan, and track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, or shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems
• Familiarity with inventory control and shipping processes

Location:
Irvine, California

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
