POSITION SUMMARY

As a Men's Locker Room Spa Associate, you will create a welcoming environment for our guests from the moment they arrive. Your role includes:

• Providing general orientation on spa facilities, including locker rooms and lounge areas.
• Offering amenities such as refreshing beverages and heated neck pillows.
• Answering questions regarding amenities and property information.
• Escorting guests to and from treatment rooms with care.
• Monitoring scheduling updates throughout the day via the computer system.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of workstations, treatment rooms, and lounge areas.
• Managing disposal of trash and used linens properly.
• Keeping supplies and equipment secure until the end of your shift.
• Restocking towels, linens, and necessary supplies to ensure all areas are well-equipped for guests.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Reporting accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to your supervisor.
• Completing safety training and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Projecting a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Anticipating guests' needs and providing exceptional service.
• Communicating effectively and clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with the team.

This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, pulling, and standing for extended periods. You may need to move or lift items weighing up to 10 pounds.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.
• Supervisory Experience: Not applicable.
• License or Certification: None required.
