This is a hands-on role for professionals who have experience cleaning industrial bakery machinery and thrive in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs a vital member of our Sanitation team, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready food manufacturing facility:Perform Sanitation of industrial bakery machinery, production equipment, and facility areasFollow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all Sanitation and food safety standards at all timesClean, sanitize, and maintain processing equipment, floors, drains, walls, and work areasSafely handle and use cleaning chemicals according to proceduresPush, pull, and move equipment on rollers, mop, sweep, and squeegee floorsClean, store, and maintain all Sanitation tools, equipment, and PPE after each shiftReport damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment promptlySafely use ladders and scissor liftsWork comfortably in wet, dusty, warm environmentsLift up to 50 lbs.
