Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving goods, processing receipts in M2M, labeling products, and organizing them in the warehouse. You will also pick and process daily shipments using UPS/FedEx systems, and package and label products for shipment. Experience in cycle counting is essential.

1st shift - 6am to 2:30pm

$17/hr

Cycle counts and forklift are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Receive goods and process receipts in M2M.
• Label products and organize them in the warehouse.
• Pick and process daily shipments using UPS/FedEx systems.
• Package and label products for shipment.
• Follow work assignments, directions, and instructions provided by the Production Lead.
• Review assembly instructions, engineering drawings, or notes on the BOM when available.
• Use hand crimpers to create discrete wires and harnesses.
• Assemble electronic subassemblies to install harnesses.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Ensure that efficiency requirements and quality standards are met regularly.
• Follow all safety requirements and policies.
• Determine job order requirements by following production priorities.

Essential Skills:

• Cycle counting experience
• Familiarity with wire gauges (AWG)
• Knowledge of terminals, pins, lugs, and connectors for wire harness fabrication
• Proficiency in using RF scanners
• Material handling and order picking skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to follow work order schedules provided by the Production Lead
• Experience with assembly instructions and engineering drawings
• Skill in using hand crimpers to create wires and harnesses
• Experience in assembling electronic subassemblies

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
