This role will provide our customers with proactive communication, follow through, and a speedy resolution to their questions, orders, quotes, and all other inquiries. This position is on-site.**Job Responsibilities:**? Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system and provide timely follow-up via phone, email, fax, or through Sales Representatives. ? Support inventory control by reviewing historical data and assisting in managing stock levels during order processing. ? Provide internal support to Outside Sales Representatives and assist with sales initiatives. ? Collaborate with internal departments and other divisions to resolve customer issues efficiently. ? Review customer purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. ? Prepare customer quotes, sample requests, formal proposals, and generate sales leads for potential accounts. ? Manage customer complaints related to product use, including coordinating returns and replacements of defective parts. ? Process order modifications and communicate changes to ensure customer satisfaction.**Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:**? Proven experience handling complex orders under tight deadlines.? SAP Experience.**Work Experience:**? 1-3 years of related job experience.### ### ?
