Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate operations consumables are meeting target levels, ensuring accuracy of inventory and ensuring timely receipt and acknowledgement.
• Receipt of all incoming consumable items, checking PO vs Receiving Paperwork, ensuring qty received is correct, update Optimat, and send signed receiving paperwork to Accounts Payable.
• Timely update Consumable Excel spreadsheet and advise operations supervision of all consumable items received and storage location.
• Work closely with Purchasing Supervisor and Operations on consumable inventory counts and lead auditing.
• Order shipping supplies as needed with the approval of Purchasing Manager and/or Operations Manager.
• Will perform other duties & tasks as needed and as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Minimum Three (3) years' experience as a Receiving Clerk or Inventory Control in a related aerospace field, metal industry or manufacturing environment
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required.
• Thorough understanding of shipping and receiving procedures required
• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Proficient with computers (Word, Excel, Power point, Publisher, Outlook), ability to navigate different carriers websites.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in various units of measure, using Metric & English whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute ratio, percentage.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, safety rules, Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Write routine reports or correspondence.

Salary range: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
